17. Padelplex Holdings Limited operate a Whatsapp Community and subsequent groups for players to communicate socially. You can join, or get added to groups and broadcast lists, for Padelplex Holdings Limited, and as such groups and lists will get associated with your account information.

By joining these groups or lists, you are giving Padelplex Holdings Limited and other members of the Groups or Lists, access to your personal phone number, profile picture and status. Being part of these groups or lists, means that you have accepted the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

You are able to remove yourself, or request to be removed, from Padelplex Holdings Limited’s groups or lists at any time. Padelplex Holdings Limited has the right to remove any player who is not adhering to the Community’s Groups or lists acceptable behaviour.

Padelplex Holdings Limited accepts no responsibility and/or liability for any scam or phising attempts by external parties, and strongly advise to delete any such messages. We do not encourage the wider sharing of this Group or List invitation, and request that if you wish to add a player, that you contact Padelplex Holdings Limited at hello@padelplex.co.uk.

By booking a court at Padelplex Holdings Limited, you are accepting the terms of use and privacy policy. Playtomic
29. There are booking restrictions, which are set in the Playtomic app.

You can only book 18 days in advance.
You can have a maximum 10 active bookings.
You are only allowed a maximum of 3 active bookings per day.
This is to give all our players a fair opportunity to book courts in a high demand Club.

Changes of business ownership and control
30. Padelplex Holdings Limited may, from time to time, expand or reduce our business and this may involve the sale and/or the transfer of control of all or part of Padelplex Holdings Limited. Data provided by Users will, where it is relevant to any part of our business so transferred, be transferred along with that part and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this privacy policy, be permitted to use the Data for the purposes for which it was originally supplied to us.

31. We may also disclose Data to a prospective purchaser of our business or any part of it.
